🎓 Career Fairs

We have been actively working with schools across Richmond and West London to inspire and guide pupils toward exciting opportunities that the construction industry presents. Recognising the immense potential and diverse career paths available in this field, we have taken it upon ourselves to share valuable insights and ignite passion among young minds.

Our goal is to provide students with the resources to see the construction industry as a viable and fulfilling career. Through interactive discussions and engaging presentations, we highlight the different entry points into the construction industry. We emphasise that obtaining a college degree in fields like civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or related disciplines opens doors to positions such as project managers, architects, engineers, and designers. Additionally, we stress the significance of hands-on experience and practical skills gained through apprenticeships, trade schools, or vocational training programs that can lead to careers.

Furthermore, we provide students with valuable resources, such as informational pamphlets, brochures, and online materials via our resource hub, that outline the educational pathways and potential career trajectories within the construction industry.
